Cancellation/Refund Policy

Betchley’s Bouncy Castles Bouncy Castle Hire Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Here at Betchley’s Bouncy Castles we understand that sometimes plans may change and it may become necessary to have to cancel or amend your booking with us. Our cancellation policy below sets out the key points and circumstances and any cancellation fees that may be due and payable and if any refunds would be due.

Our cancellation policy applies to all our bookings and accompanies our terms of hire policy.

Cancellation by Betchley’s Bouncy Castles

It is very rare for us to have to cancel a booking and as a company we try to avoid cancelling as best we can but unfortunately some things are beyond our control.

Cancellation due to reasons beyond our control

A full refund of any monies or booking fee paid will be made, i.e. vehicle breakdown, equipment breakdown, staff shortage or any other reason, excluding health and safety grounds, including lack of space or wrong surface type, as these are confirmed before booking and are down to the client to check and confirm.

Cancellation by the Client

Any cancelled orders are subject to the following cancellation charges,
More than 7 days prior to the event date, you will lose your booking fee.
Within 48 hours of the event date, 50% of the contract total unless we can hire out the equipment elsewhere.
Up to 5pm on the day prior to the event date, 75% of the contract total.
On day of the event, 100% of the contract total.

If cancellation is due to bad weather for outdoor events – (to be determined by the company) on the day then there is no charge. We will not deliver if it is raining or wind speeds are above 24mph including gusts.

All cancellations or changes in booking must be notified by email via the Contact Us.
