HOW DO I BOOK?

Booking is easily done on our website or by calling us on 07738630983 or 07368823316

HOW MUCH NOTICE TO BOOK?

You can book anytime but the longer the notice the better so not to be dissapointed.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Please see the selected castle you wish to book for prices. all our Bouncy Castles and Inflatable Games vary in pricing.

WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?

The price includes a professional delivery and collection service with trained staff. it also comes with everything needed to inflate the bouncy castle or inflatable safely. ie, matts, blower, pegs, groundsheet, 25metre extension cable.

WHEN ARE YOU AVAILABLE?

We are available 7 days a week including bank holidays.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE IT FOR?

You have the equipment between delivery times 8am to 12. Collection between 5 and 7.

DO YOU HIRE OVERNIGHT?

We do but there is an overnight charge on equipment.

HOW DO I PAY?

We accept bank transfers, PayPal or cash on delivery.

DO I PAY A BOOKING FEE?

We ask for a £10 booking fee to secure your date.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

You can cancel but all we ask is for as much notice as possible. any later than 24hrs the booking fee is non refundable.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes we are fully insured for up to 5 million pounds public liabilty which can be provided upon request.

Can I have a castle on a hard surface ?

We are unable to set up on any surface we are unable to peg our castles into unless indoors. This is for safety reasons.

Delivery Policy

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please Contact Us to see if we can help you out.

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity and provide a full refund. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
